In order that participants master the techniques and make it second nature to think laterally I suggest as follows:
They divide themselves into small groups AFTER the workshop, and, over a period of 21 days, work on projects of importance to the company. They should apply their learning from the two-day workshop and make recommendations to the management.
80% of these recommendations should be capable of being implemented by the participants themselves with minimum support from management.
